Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. 

If you require a tracked service we offer Royal Mail 'Tracked24'.

Shipping options are given at checkout.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees vary according to total cost of your basket. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Returns

If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will, if the customer notifies us within a reasonable period give a full refund or if possible replace any damaged or faulty item. We require the faulty item to be returned to us.

If your item is lost, Royal Mail only consider it to be lost 10 working days after its original delivery due date. We can only issue refunds after this period of time has surpassed.
